RewardZone USA, LLC – Up Level Rewards Program

RewardZone USA, LLC ("Level Up", “we,” “us,” and “our”) operates this website (“Website”), as well as other websites (collectively, the “Websites”), where you can earn rewards by completing and/or purchasing products and services (“Deal Credits”, “Deal” or “Deals”) across Deal categories such as gaming, healthcare, subscription and streaming services, insurance and more (collectively, “Rewards”). To earn a Reward, you must provide your accurate personally identifiable information, which may be shared with 3rd parties subject to our Privacy Policy, complete the requisite number of Deals for the Reward option you have chosen and complete the Reward claim process, which requires ID verification.
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any additional terms, conditions, and policies published on the Website (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to and accept the terms of the Agreement in their entirety, you do not have permission to visit and/or use the Website.
Affiliate Disclosure: We pass on a portion of the compensation we receive from our advertising partners as well as other revenue streams to you in the form of a Reward.
Mandatory Arbitration
These Terms & Conditions contain a mandatory arbitration provision that requires you to arbitrate, individually, all disputes or claims that you may have with us, our parent, related parties, advertisers or Marketing Partners. This provision waives your right to participate in a class action or multi-party arbitration. Exceptions include a 30-day opt-out period and Small Claims Court filings as detailed below.
Acceptable Use Policy
We publish and maintain an Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) that is incorporated into this Agreement, which describes our ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any activity that threatens the integrity, security, operation, availability or reputation of our Rewards program. By participating in the Rewards program, you agree to comply with the AUP.
How the Rewards Program Works
To earn a Reward, you must: (1) be a U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older; (2) register with your personally identifiable information; (3) COMPLETE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF DEALS ON EACH LEVEL within a sixty (60) day period (or as specified for specific subscription deals); and (4) complete the Rewards claim process, which requires Identity Verification, within thirty (30) days of completion.
Reward Tiers
To earn your Reward, you must complete the required number of Deals at each Level that correspond to the Reward value of your choosing:

Complete Deals
To be credited with completion, you must access the Deal through our link, complete all stated requirements, use the same registration information, and be a new user for that product/service. Prepaid cards are generally not accepted. For apps, it must be the first installation on your device.
Reward Claim Process
- Start: Click “Claim Reward” or log into "Reward Status".
- Verification: Some Deals may require proof of completion (receipts/emails).
- Ticket: Submit a claim ticket with consent for Identity Verification.
- Identity Verification: Automated biometric verification (selfie + ID) is required for most residents.
- Fulfillment: Once audited and verified, rewards are sent via email within 7-10 business days.
Household Waiting Period Rule
Rewards are limited to one per person and household (residential address). 60-day waiting period for rewards $100 or less; 12-month waiting period for rewards greater than $100.
Telemarketing and Text Messages
By providing consent, you agree to receive automated messages. Message frequency varies (max 15/month). Reply STOP to opt-out. T-Mobile is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability and Indemnification
The Website and Rewards are provided "as is". Our cumulative liability is limited to the lesser of the Reward value, $1,000, or actual amount spent. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Website or breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute not resolved by arbitration shall be adjudicated in the state of New York.
